About

I'm Allison. Born in Prague, based in London. I've been building things since I was a teenager. Hardware, code, companies, communities. The medium changes but the instinct doesn't: find something broken, build the fix, ship it.

Right now I'm building Patchy, a private cloud for your company's tools: anyone on the team tells their agent what they need, and it ships behind the company login without anyone handing over a key. Before that, DefRM, a CRM for defence procurement that got us into Antler and Berkeley SkyDeck before we pivoted. Before that I was CCO at Marble Aerospace, where I built a £360M commercial pipeline. Before that, Fair, an ethical investing platform I founded, scaled to 40 people, and eventually shut down. Somewhere in there, 42 podcast episodes.

Physics degree from Cardiff (took a year out to build Fair). EF W23 in London, On Deck Catalyst, Gen Z Mafia, a San Francisco summer at Antler SF02 and SkyDeck Pad-13. I learn more from the people I surround myself with than from any institution.

I don't pick one domain and stay, I go where the hard problems are. Defence procurement was broken, so I built for it. Company tooling is broken the same way, the real work lives in spreadsheets and DMs, so that's where I am now. The through-line is always the same: something is broken, solution doesn't exist yet, so I build it.

If you want the longer version, the timeline has everything, including the stuff that didn't work. It's more honest than any bio.
